In coordination with Hugo Bandala, CEO of NEOTECH Mexico, we, at CONSULPAV,
prepared a presentation for him and CIRTEC about environmental impacts
and RARX benefits entitled “RARX – The Sustainable Road
Construction and Maintenance Best Practice”. NEOTECH is the exclusive representative of RARX in Mexico.

With the new Joe Biden administration
committed to taking the leadership in controlling global warming
worldwide and having John Kerry, who signed the Paris Accord on
behalf of the USA, as it’s “czar”, it is very likely that finally
solutions like those presented will be broadly introduced and adopted
given the widely demonstrated environmental benefits.

It is to be expected that laws
will be passed that will give priority to the implementation of the best
environmentally friendly solutions in paving and maintenance infrastructures.
With RARX we are leading in those areas. We can see by John Kerry’s words
that big changes are coming “ "You're right to rejoin Paris on day one," he said of
President-elect Joe Biden. "You're right to recognize that Paris
alone is not enough. At the global meeting in Glasgow one year from now,
all nations must raise ambition together or we will all fail together.
Failure is not an option”
